8:00pm - 10:00pm: Welcome Party. Open Bar + Food. Can't wait to see everyone!

Recommended Attire: Sundresses or cocktail dresses for the ladies; shorts and polos or jeans/pants and dress shirts for the men. Of course will not turn you away if you are not dressed "appropriately"- this would just be our opinion of what to wear!

Friday, March 28 (Wedding Day)

We have rented a portion of the beach in front of La Playa. This designated area will be for our wedding guests only. You can also use this day to take advantage of the other resort amenities- three pools, a spa, fitness center...

6:00pm - 6:30pm: Wedding Ceremony on the Gulf Lawn (this is adjacent to the beach, but not on the beach)

6:30pm - 8:00pm: Cocktails on the Gulf Lawn. The sun sets right around 7:40pm, hello gorgeous photo opps!

8:00pm - 12midnight: Wedding Reception in the Vanderbilt Ballroom (this is across the street from the main resort). Resort staff will assist everyone from one location to the next.

Saturday, March 29

12:00pm - 3:00pm: "Beach Party" Brunch on South Beach (beach adjacent to La Playa). Join us for the afternoon, enjoy food and drinks on the beach while reminiscing about the wedding.

Recommended Attire: Beach Wear! Bathing suit and cover up, sun dress, etc. for the ladies; swim shorts and t-shirts for the guys!
